Hi, I’m TeKeisha Wade—also known as Coach TeKeisha. I’m a truth-teller, soul-healer, and warrior for women who are ready to take their power back.

I’ve walked through the fire of narcissistic abuse, domestic violence, betrayal, and emotional soul theft—and lived to tell the story with clarity, boldness, and grace. My mission now is simple but sacred: to help others reclaim their voice, rewrite their story, and rise from the ashes of their past with dignity, peace, and purpose.

I’m the founder of Open Arms Connection, LLC, creator of Breath of Life Coaching University, and the visionary behind BLN Publishing and Breath of Life TV Network. Every workshop I teach, every workbook I create, every healing seat I offer is designed to remind you: You are not crazy. You are not broken. You are not alone. You are a survivor, and with the right tools, you can become your own safe place.

Whether I’m ministering from a stage, coaching one-on-one, or speaking on my podcast/tv show, my message stays the same: healing is holy, boundaries are protection, and your story has power.
